Who is O’Fallon-Shiloh EMS
A professional ALS emergency medical service, O’Fallon-Shiloh EMS covers over 44-square miles, including all of the O’Fallon fire district. Municipal-based & city-operated, we employ both full-time and part-time EMTs and Paramedics. Responding 24/7, we handle 911 operations & medical transfers with 3 ALS transport units and 2 Quick Response Vehicles (QRV). Units include the latest prehospital equipment including PowerLoad & PowerStretchers, LUCAS Devices, Zoll X Series Monitors, and more!

The members of the O’Fallon-Shiloh Emergency Services are committed to providing the highest quality of medical treatment. This is accomplished through the passionate application of pre-hospital care. Through progressive education, strong community partnerships, and excellence in service we will improve the outcomes of illness, injury, and quality of life for the people we serve.
More Than Just EMS
O’Fallon-Shiloh EMS is more than just an ambulance service. We believe in giving back to our community by offering a variety of educational programs focused on prevention, preparedness, and safety.
Community Outreach is part of our mission. Currently, our service offers ATEM CPR & AED Certifications Classes, Stop the Bleed, Child Safety Seat Installations, School Events, A Public Access Defibrillation Program, Scouting First Aid Classes, and more. To find out more click on the above menus.
